RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ABC Nail & Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with every product that you order.

14-Days Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Item Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable; customer is responsible for return shipping.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including polishes, gels, powders, products without tamper-proof seals, electronics, and clearance items.

Damage, Incorrect or missing items: If you receive wrong items, missing items, or damaged items, please contact us right after you receive your packages. Photos of evidence may be required for inspection.

Initiating a Return/Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, customers must email us at abcnailandbeautysupply@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond within 24-48 hours to guide the customer through the process.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Our nail machines are equipped with warranty cards, so if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we kindly ask you to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your orders are immediately processed as soon as you place an order. Therefore, your order can not be cancelled or modified in any way once it has been submitted.
